How to use Bookmarks in Beeper?

We've all received messages that provide insightful information on a topic. Although they may have been intended for immediate consideration, we recognize their value for future reference. For those messages, we have Bookmarks.

Beeper Desktop

How to Bookmark a message?:

1. Right-click the message in question.
2. Click “Bookmark”

How to access your Bookmarked messages?

1. On Beeper Desktop, open the chat in question and go to the Chat Info. All your Bookmark messages will be displayed right below the Media section.

1. Long-press the message in question.
2. Click “Bookmark”

How to access your Bookmarked messages?

1. On Beeper iOS, open the chat in question and go to the Chat Info. All your Bookmark messages will be displayed right below the Search & Media, and Labels section.

1. Does the other person know when I bookmark their message?
   No. Bookmarks are private to you. Nothing is sent to the chat, and no one else in the conversation can see what you have bookmarked.
    
2. Where do my bookmarked messages show up?
   Each chat has its own Bookmarks section. Open the chat that contains the message, go to Chat Info, and your bookmarked messages for that chat are listed right below the Media section. There is no combined view that shows bookmarks from every chat at once.
    
3. Can I bookmark messages from any chat network?
   Yes. Bookmarks work across every network connected to Beeper, so you can bookmark a WhatsApp message, a Telegram message, and a Slack message, and find each one in that chat’s own Bookmarks section.
    
4. How do I remove a bookmark?
   Just right-click on Beeper Desktop or long-press on Beeper Android/iOS message and select “Remove Bookmark”.
    
5. Do my bookmarks sync across my devices?
   Yes, they will sync across your Beeper apps.
    
6. Is there a limit to how many messages I can bookmark?
   No.
