How do I share feedback or suggestions?
At Beeper, we're committed to building the best chat app on Earth. A large part of how we do this is by listening to the feedback of our users. If you have any feedback or suggestions, you're more than welcome to share your ideas directly through the Beeper app! Here's how:
Desktop
1. Click on the gear icon in the top right of the inbox panel and select Report a Problem from the dropdown menu
2. Click on Share Feedback from the window that appears
3. Add in your message and click Submit
Android
1. Open Beeper Android and tap the gear icon
2. Select Report a Problem and start your description with “Suggestion:”
3. Press on the upward arrow to submit
iOS
1. Tap the gear icon on the top right to access your settings:
2. Select Report a Problem
3. Tap on the Share Feedback button
4. Add in your message and tap on Send Feedback
Now you can share feedback, suggestions, and ideas to help improve Beeper!
Beeper Account Setup
Creating a new Beeper account is not yet available in the current version of the iOS app. We hope to add this feature as we launch the new generation iOS app soon! In the meantime, you may use Beeper Desktop or Beeper Android to create an account.
Chat Network Management
To connect, reconnect, or delete your chat network accounts in Beeper, please use Beeper Desktop or Beeper Android. This is not available on the current version of Beeper iOS, but we plan to add this in the new generation version of the iOS app in the future.
Beeper Beta (iOS and Desktop)
If you are an iOS or desktop beta user, the process for sending feedback is slightly different than the current public versions of the app. Here's how to submit feedback:
iOS beta: Similar to the Android app, just go to Settings > Report a Problem and add ‘Feedback’ or ‘Suggestion’ at the beginning of your report
Desktop beta: Go to Settings > Feedback/Support. If you have an existing Support chat, it will open that window where you can send us your feedback. Otherwise, it will initiate a new email to send to our Support Team for you. Alternatively, you can also select ‘Report a Problem’ if you'd like your app information (app version, device, etc.) to be included in your submission. Just be sure to add ‘Feedback’ or ‘Suggestion’ at the beginning of your report.
